Contributions made to VatsalyaBihar are completely voluntary and are not linked to adoption, child placement, or any preferential treatment. All support is used exclusively for child protection, care, and welfare initiatives.

A key focus of our work is public awareness on the Safe Surrender provisions under the law and the legal adoption process through CARA. Promoting awareness of safe and legal child surrender helps ensure that children are left in secure and appropriate care, rather than being abandoned in unsafe public spaces—an act that often results in serious injury, disability, or loss of life.

Through awareness, counseling, and community outreach, VatsalyaBihar works to protect every child’s right to safety, dignity, and a chance at family-based care.
